Adrian is a well-known and respected figure with over 16 years in the specialist Aquarium and Animal Based Attractions industry. An experienced and proven General Manager/Director Husbandry/Project Director who prides himself on integrity, professionalism, a passion for achieving high standards with an innovative proactive attitude. Drawing on his wealth of experience and successful track record across all areas, TGI was formed with its Mission to help investors and owners achieve profitable returns by creating, planning, developing, delivering and managing unique world class aquarium and animal-based attractions that are designed with long term sustainability in mind. Adrian’s experience gives him a unique insight, perspective and specialist skillset to understand the key business and commercial drivers to ensure success at every level. His commercial, procurement, financial budgeting and project management experience coupled with his expert understanding of all things Marine enables TGI to provide expert consulting services and turnkey solutions for specialist Aquarium and Animal-Based attractions.

Prior to setting up TGI Adrian has spent over 10 years in senior leadership positions with pivotal roles in the development and management some of the world’s most iconic Aquarium and Animal-Based attractions. Previous roles have seen him working for the Merlin Entertainments Group as Head Curator at Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, Aquarium Vice President for Kerzner, developing and leading the team responsible for building and maintaining the Atlantis Aquarium Dubai with an 11.5m litre seawater exhibit and as Aquarium Specialist for Kleindienst working on design, exhibit management and marine environment for a resort development on 6 islands of ‘The World’, Dubai.
His Consultancy work has seen him contribute to various Aquarium and Animal Based attraction projects worldwide. These include Sheikh Hamdan, Dubai; March of the Penguins, Dubai Ski Slope; Wild Wadi Swim reef concept, Dubai; Mall of Morocco, Morroco; Brazil Aquarium, Brazil; AquaParadise Ohio, USA; Pyong Yang Aquarium, North Korea; Conceptual development of Earth Genomic Institute, Belfast. Other assignments include acting as Consultant Marine Biologist to the Abu Dhabi Environment Agency.

As part of the H2O Aquatics team Adrian was also responsible for the concept, design and project management for several aquariums in Northern Ireland. Adrian has a strong passion and love for the environment and marine life, and is keen to encourage conservation and a respect for the environment and this is reflected in TGI’s work at every level.

Adrian is a Chartered Biologist with the Institute of Biology, UK and European Biologist.  In addition he is a qualified Project Manager, certified PMP (Project Management Professional) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
